洁净厂房设计施工的风量平衡影响因素及措施介

1.风量平衡的影响因素
 
1 influencing factors of air volume balance
 
洁净厂房设计施工的风量平衡是洁净室维持正压值和洁净度的保证。无尘车间出现风量不平衡的主要因数有:

(1)初、中、高效过滤器随着使用时间的增加。阻力也会增加,造成送风量减少,室内正压值发生变化。

(2)生产工艺发生变化,排风量增加或减少造成无尘车间室内正压值的减少或增加。

2.解决风量不平衡的措施

(1)洁净厂房设计施工 http://www.jnjkjh.com/ 选用过滤器风量时选用过滤器额定风量的75%~80%,随着过滤器阻力的增加,逐步加大送风阀门的开度,直到过滤器达到终阻力时更换过滤器。
